2.1 User Responsibilities

3. Studio Rental Policies

3.1 Booking and Reservations

Studio rentals are subject to availability and may be booked through our website or by contacting our booking team. All booking requests will receive a confirmation via email. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Lumière Studios.

We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred dates and times. Availability shown on the website is updated in real-time, but last-minute changes can occur.

3.2 Rental Periods

Studio rentals are typically offered in hourly increments. Minimum rental periods may apply, especially for specialized equipment or prime time slots. Please check the specific details for each studio space.

3.3 Studio Access and Usage

Renters are granted access to the booked studio space during their reserved time slot only. Any extension of time must be pre-approved and is subject to additional charges and availability.

The studio and its equipment must be used in a responsible and professional manner. Any damage to the studio, its fixtures, or provided equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or willful act of the renter or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the renter. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the renter.

Please ensure that the studio is left in a clean and tidy condition, similar to how it was found. Excessive cleaning required due to the renter's use will incur additional charges.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Lumière Studios spaces. Pets are permitted only with prior written consent from Lumière Studios management, and may incur additional cleaning fees.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Studio rental rates are published on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

4.3 Payment Schedule

For bookings exceeding a certain duration or value, a payment schedule may be implemented, with final payment due prior to the commencement of the rental period.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations and rescheduling impact our operations and other clients. Please adhere to the following policy:

5.1 Cancellations by Renter

In lieu of a refund, you may be offered a credit for future studio rental, at the discretion of Lumière Studios management, for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior.

5.2 Rescheduling by Renter

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days prior to the booking will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 7 days prior will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the refund policy above.

5.3 Cancellations by Lumière Studios

In the rare event that Lumière Studios needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., essential maintenance, force majeure), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time.

6. Liability Limitations

Lumière Studios, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident to any person or property that may occur during the rental period, unless such loss, damage, injury, or accident is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Lumière Studios.

Renters are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage for their equipment, personnel, and activities during their studio rental. Lumière Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the studio.
